Let's get ready
for STATE!
2/4/10
AHS qualified 36 divers and swimmers to STATE
this year which is one more than last year!
Diving competition
will begin at
1pm on Wednesday, February 10th at Marist.
Swimmers
are to report at Dynamo on
Thursday, February 11th
at 11:30a and then will be with Coaches Lisa and Emily for the
rest of the day. Warm-ups are at 3:15p, and the
meet starts at 5pm at Westminster.
Please all team members and parents read the team e-mail that
came out today for all pertinent information.

Captains' Awards
11/17/09
The Swim and Dive team Captains
award the "Captains' Award" to one boy and one girl at practice
following each meet. This award goes to someone who contributed
to the team at the meet either with their performance, spirit,
helpfulness, dedication, motivation and/or effort. For example:
They could have been the “key to the meet”, or had a personal
best result, or had an incredible race, or overcome some
obstacle to be swimming or diving for us.
We will be featuring two of our outstanding Raider swimmers
after each meet. To get to know them better, click on
their picture to find out more about them and what makes them a
great Raider. See our featured Captains' Awards section on
the right.
